1,000 Words or Less

To an obsessive-compulsive, it seemed natural that all my writings should be exactly 1000 words, according to MS’s Word Count facility. Not all of them are, nobody’s perfect. And of the ones that are, mysteriously, the WordPress counter always undercounts them. You are not being short-changed, honestly! (Or dishonestly.)

So here’s a selection I’ll be continually adding to, when my daughter who knows how to work this stuff is in town…

And if you like them, well, you can buy the book, ‘Cries From the Fridge’, a collection of autobiographical writings. I’ll be publishing it this summer on Kindle. Or not. Apparently you need to actually own a Kindle to publish stuff, and I don’t.
